These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zorevo website and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cashback & Rewards Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
1. About the Services
Zorevo is a cashback and rewards platform. We provide links to partner stores and share part of the commission we receive for eligible purchases with you as cashback. Zorevo does not sell products or services itself. Your purchase is a contract between you and the store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India and able to enter a binding contract to use the Services. You may hold only one Zorevo account.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us immediately at support@zorevo.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Our Cashback & Rewards Terms explain what happens to any balance.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- create multiple or fake accounts, or use another person's identity or payout details
- generate artificial clicks or purchases, or place orders you intend to cancel or return to earn cashback
- use bots, scripts or any automated means to access the Services
- post Zorevo links in spam, misleading ads or on paid search terms using store brand names
- interfere with the security or operation of the Services
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms and withhold cashback linked to the breach.
5. Partner stores
Stores are independent businesses. They are responsible for their products, prices, delivery, returns, refunds and customer service. Zorevo is not liable for any store's products or services. Store names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Intellectual property
The Zorevo name, logo, website design and content are owned by Zorevo. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is". While we work to keep offer information accurate, stores can change terms without notice, and we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Cashback is a reward on eligible purchases. It is not income, an investment or a guaranteed return.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zorevo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services or any store. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the confirmed cashback balance in your account at the time of the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Zorevo against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
10. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, or update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. For significant changes we will notify registered users in advance by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. If not resolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
