A purchase may not earn cashback if
- it is returned, cancelled or exchanged
- you use a coupon not listed on the Zorevo offer
- the product category is excluded by the store
- you didn't complete the purchase in the same visit, or cookies were blocked
- the store doesn't confirm the order

Does Zorevo cost anything?
No. Zorevo is free to use. We are paid by partner stores, not by you.
How long until I can withdraw cashback?
Cashback becomes withdrawable once the store confirms your order, which usually happens after its return window ends. For most stores this is between 30 and 90 days. The expected time is shown on each offer.
Will I pay more by shopping through Zorevo?
No. The price you pay is set by the store and is the same as going to the store directly.
What if my cashback doesn't show up?
If a purchase hasn't tracked within 72 hours, contact us with your order details within 30 days of purchase and we'll raise it with the store.
