These Cashback & Rewards Terms explain how cashback is earned, tracked, confirmed and withdrawn on Zorevo. They form part of our Terms & Conditions. If an individual store offer has specific terms, those offer terms apply in addition to these.
1. How cashback is earned
Partner stores pay Zorevo a commission for eligible purchases made through Zorevo links. We share part of that commission with you as cashback. Cashback is earned only when all of the following are true:
- you clicked through to the store from Zorevo and completed the purchase in the same session
- the purchase meets the offer's terms (eligible products, platform, payment method, customer type and any minimum order value)
- the store reports the purchase to us and later confirms it
- the store pays Zorevo the commission for that purchase
2. No guarantee of cashback
Cashback is a reward on eligible purchases. It is not guaranteed, is not income and has no value until confirmed. Tracking depends on stores' and affiliate networks' systems, which are outside our control. Zorevo is not liable for cashback that a store fails to track or confirm.
3. Rates and calculation
- The applicable rate is the one displayed on the offer at the time of your purchase.
- Cashback is calculated on the net order value the store reports, which usually excludes GST and other taxes, shipping, convenience fees, gift wrap, discounts, and amounts paid using gift cards, wallets or store credit.
- Rates may differ by product category, and between new and existing store customers.
- Stores may change or end offers at any time without notice.
4. Tracking and confirmation
Purchases usually appear as Tracked within 72 hours and stay Pending while the store's return and validation period runs, typically 30 to 90 days. Cashback becomes Confirmed once the store approves the order, and only then can it be withdrawn. Timelines shown on offers are estimates and may be longer.
5. When cashback is declined or reduced
Cashback may be declined, reduced or reversed if:
- the order is cancelled, returned, exchanged or partly returned
- you used a coupon or promotion not listed on the Zorevo offer
- the purchase includes excluded products or payment methods
- you visited another cashback, coupon or affiliate site before purchasing
- the store does not confirm the order or does not pay Zorevo the commission
- we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of our Terms
6. Missing cashback claims
If a purchase hasn't tracked within 72 hours, submit a claim through our contact page within 30 days of the purchase date with the store name, order ID, date, amount and a copy of the order confirmation. We will raise the claim with the store. Claims are approved at the store's discretion, and its decision is final.
7. Withdrawals
- Only Confirmed cashback can be withdrawn, to a UPI ID or Indian bank account held in your name.
- A minimum withdrawal amount may apply; it is shown in your account before you request a withdrawal.
- Zorevo does not charge a withdrawal fee. Withdrawals are usually processed within 7 business days.
- We may ask you to verify your identity or payout details before processing a withdrawal.
- You are responsible for entering correct payout details. If a payout fails because of incorrect details, the amount is returned to your balance.
8. Rewards and bonuses
From time to time Zorevo may offer rewards such as bonus cashback. Each reward has its own terms, including eligibility, amount, validity period and conditions. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless their terms say so, and they may be withdrawn if the related purchase is cancelled or returned.
9. Inactive accounts and closure
If your account has no login or activity for 12 consecutive months, we will email you at least 30 days before taking any action on your balance. If you close your account, you may withdraw any Confirmed balance that meets the minimum withdrawal amount before closure. Pending cashback cannot be withdrawn after closure.
10. Taxes
Cashback is a discount-like reward on your purchase. You are responsible for any tax obligations that may apply to you. Zorevo will deduct or report tax where required by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes will not reduce cashback that is already Confirmed. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made after its effective date.
